We make better beer than the breweries.
It's a bold statement, (we know), but when you can craft brews tailored to your every whim, desire, and wild hair, what in reality could be better?
Have you ever wanted to drown a beer in Galaxy hops? We've done it. Thought about adding fresh vanilla bean to a Guinness Draught clone? It was damn tasty. Ever imagined a sour beer with miso and mushrooms? Our raised eyebrows were met with a fantastic result.
Brewing your own all-grain beer makes you the commander of ingredients and techniques not viable on a commercial scale. You have the freedom to play with grains, experiment with recipes, and perfect methods in a way only hobbyists can. As a member of Big Easy Homebrewers, you're not only armed with this unique freedom, but also surrounded by a community of fellow enthusiasts ready to assist you in creating your perfect beer. Cary Becker always wanted to start a homebrew club, so he decided to create a forum for homebrewers old and new to gather and see what flourished. He brewed alone for years but then met a few fellow homebrewers in 2016/2017 and decided this was close enough to a quorum. Let's start the homebrew club! Not a very exciting start, but we are having fun now. We are passionate about brewing beer and are successful in our endeavors.
